Materials & Production
Friendly, consistent, and efficient packaging materials
The packaging system is built on a unified material approach that supports cost efficiency. Materials are kept minimal and intentional, without unnecessary complexity or cost. It also simplifies production, reduces packaging waste, and creates a sense of consistency and intentionality across the range.
The proposed materials act as a simple foundation for the packaging system, which can evolve with future product launches and packaging improvements on material quality, sustainability and environmental considerations.
As an immediate update, unmarked plastics should be avoided and replaced with recyclable plastic where it’s absolutely required.
Outer Box & Handle
Simple paperboard carton structure for the outer packaging.
Handle produced in reinforced paperboard. If not possible at this stage, use recyclable plastic in concrete grey, or in black as a secondary option.

Inner Tray
Molded fibre tray to securely hold the product.
We recommend prioritizing the material update for this component, as it significantly elevates perceived quality through a more refined look and presentation compared to plastic, while also providing better protection for the product.
It is a simple material upgrade that creates a noticeable improvement in the overall experience, while allowing the use of lighter carton for the outer packaging.
If not feasible at this stage:
- Use recyclable plastic in concrete grey
- White recyclable plastic as a secondary option

Accessories Compartment
Paperboard carton compartment for cables, manuals, and components.
Each package should be designed based on its contents to ensure all elements are securely contained and organized during unboxing.
