Unboxing Experience

The unboxing experience across io.suite products is designed to be unified and consistent, providing a simple and accessible experience without unnecessary complexity.

Most products follow a simple carton box structure that opens from the top, with an inner base that slides out to hold the product.

Exceptions are introduced to Smartwatches; with a dual-box opening experience to better showcase the product. For selected products, a more premium unboxing experience can also be introduced through a slide-out format. Transparent pouches can also be used for accessories such as cables.

The default packaging format for io.suite products is a tuck-end carton box structure.

The outer surface is fully wrapped in the io.suite yellow-orange gradient, with the back side in concrete gray which continues to the inner side creating a clean and consistent interior across all products.

In most cases where the space allows, the bottom side includes a white label for technical information.

The carton used is simple paperboard with a matte finish, avoiding unnecessary coatings or effects to maintain a clean and efficient production approach.

Smartwatches follow a different unboxing approach to better highlight the product, as they are more style-driven and benefit from a more considered presentation.

The structure is based on two boxes with thicker material fitted into each other, similar to the current format. The outer box carries the io.suite yellow-orange gradient, while the inner box is finished in concrete gray.

Inner fittings to hold the product securely are in lighter shades of concrete gray to create contrast and better highlight the product.

A premium unboxing format can be introduced for selected products to create differentiation within the range.

This structure is based on an inner box that slides into an outer sleeve using thicker paperboard material to hold its form. The outer sleeve adopts the io.suite yellow-orange gradient, while the inner box is finished in concrete gray.

Lighter shade of concrete gray is used inside the box and for the inner fittings to enhance contrast and highlight the product.

This format provides a more refined and elevated experience while remaining consistent with the overall packaging system.
